Independent Director
Mr. Xiaopeng He has served as our independent director since May 2018. In 2014, Mr. He co-founded Xpeng Motors, a Chinese internet-based vehicle provider. Mr. He has served as the chairman of Xpeng Motors since August 2017. From August 2014 to August 2017, Mr. He assumed several positions at Alibaba Group since Alibaba’s acquisition of UCWeb Inc., a Chinese mobile internet company co-founded by Mr. He in 2014. Mr. He received his bachelor’s degree in computer science from South China University of Technology.
