Director
Mr. Hai Tao Pu has been serving as our director since April 2020. Mr. Pu currently serves as the Head of investment and corporate legal, financial policy and consumer protection departments of Tencent. Mr. Pu has also served as a non-executive director and the chairman of the board of directors of China Literature Limited (SEHK:0772) since October 2024. He served as a member of the Listing Committee of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange from 2018 to 2023 and a listing committee member of Shenzhen Stock Exchange ChiNext from 2020 to 2023. Prior to joining Tencent in 2010, Mr. Pu practiced corporate and M&A, capital markets and commercial law at Slaughter and May and Mallesons Stephen Jaques. Mr. Pu received his Juris Doctor from the Melbourne University Law School in Australia.
