Chairman of Board of Directors

Mr. Songtao Lin has been the chairman of our board of directors since May 2023. Mr. Lin joined Tencent in 2003 and currently serves as the corporate vice president of Tencent. Mr. Lin has held management positions within various Tencent business lines, including QQ, Qzone, Open Platform, GuangDianTong, YingYongBao, and the On-line Video Business Unit. Mr. Lin received a master's degree in computer application technology from Tianjin University in 2003 and an executive MBA degree from CEIBS (China European International Business School) in 2014.

Director, Acting Co-Chief Executive Officer and Senior Vice President

Mr. Junhong Huang has been serving our as our director since March 2024 and as our Acting Co-Chief Executive Officer since August 2023. He also currently serves as Senior Vice President of Huya. Previously, Mr. Huang served as Vice President of Tencent Cloud and has been responsible for the management and product development of QQ, Tencent Docs, and Tencent Cloud infrastructure products since 2007. Mr. Huang received his master of science degree in network engineering from the University of Paris VI (now Sorbonne University) in 2007.

Acting Co-Chief Executive Officer and Vice President of Finance

Ms. Ashley Xin Wu has been our Acting Co-Chief Executive Officer since August 2023. She also currently serves as Vice President of Finance of Huya, and has been a leader of Huya's finance department since 2017. Prior to joining Huya, she served in various finance positions at JOYY Inc. from 2012 to 2017. Before that, she worked as an assistant audit manager at KPMG Huazhen from 2007 to 2011. Ms. Wu received her bachelor's degree in accounting from Sun Yat-sen University in 2007. Ms. Wu is a Certified Public Accountant in the United States and a member of the Chinese Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
